Gateway Inn At Kendal, Kendal

During my stay, I was really impressed with the quality of the food offered at the restaurant. I had dinner one evening and chose the venison pie, which was beautifully presented and delicious. The variety on the menu was great, and the service was quick and efficient. Lunch the next day was just as good, featuring unique dishes like Monkfish scampi. I absolutely loved every bite!

I stayed in Room 6 and found it to be extremely cozy and comfortable. The bed was large and very welcoming, and the thoughtful touches like complimentary chocolates and a kettle for tea made the experience even better. The shower had great water pressure, and the room was perfectly quiet, ensuring a restful night.

The bathroom in my room was impressively modern and well-equipped, featuring a lovely towel rail that kept the space warm and inviting. It was spacious enough for a comfortable experience, which I really appreciated after a long day of traveling. The cleanliness was great, adding to the overall comfort of my stay.

My bedroom was spotlessly clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. The fresh towels and the high-quality bedding contributed significantly to my comfort. I loved the extra pillows provided on the bed, making it truly ideal for a good night's sleep. The decor was also quite lovely and created a relaxing atmosphere.
